REFINEMENT AND FERMENTING: Grape drying in small 4kg crates. Barrique fermenting and refining

Tating Notes:
COLOUR: Dense, intense between ruby and garnet red; deep and warm
BOUQUET: Mature and elegant, it develops its scents on fruity but also spicy notes; blatantly warmth and spectacular overtones of sweet tannin and vanilla
TASTE: Wrapping with a considerable expressive balance. It is a serious yet persuasive wine. At the palate it is excellently measured, smooth and continuous; it features sweet tannin and a perfectly well arranged body

FOOD: Red meat dishes, game, tasty cheese

GRAPES: 50% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Corvina Veronese
