Distillery Notes:
Twice distilled from 100% blue agave in a stainless steel still with a copper pot, and aged for 15 months in new char American oak barrels.
Tasting Notes:
Appearance – medium gold, with a robust body and dark coloration
Aroma – vanilla, American oak, cooked agave and spices
Palate – American oak, followed by sweet agave and black pepper
