Eiling Lim is Malaysia’s first independent bottler of whiskies, with a focus on choosing only the best of the best whiskies to bottle. Bottled under her Zen label, this is a 17 year old single malt from Orkney, Scotland. The nose has minerality to it, chalk, and leather, light and grassy also. A waxy texture on the palate with a touch of smoke. Fruit brine and some more chalk again. Touches of spice also. The finish is waxy and long with slighty coastal flavours.
