The worlds’ favourite liqueur, and the original Irish Cream Liqueur, this is made from 50% cream, the rest being Irish whiskey, sugar, neutral spirit, vanilla and cocoa. Best kept in the fridge, this will last for well over a year. Over 275 million litres of milk are need to make the cream for this rich luxurious liqueur. A creamy latte nose with hints of chocolate and faint nutmeg. The palate has cream, cocoa and vanilla flavours, alongside coffee as well. The finish is sweet with more cocoa and hint of nutmeg spice.
