A fabulously complex gin from the wonderful Dancing Sands folks over in New Zealand. The gin has been aged for three months in two different hand-selected casks, both 14-year-old Murderer’s Bay Gold Rum barrels and virgin French oak barrels. Has hints of juniper, manuka, and spice with the peppercorns and cardamom leading the way.
