This was the first release in the Cask Series from Famous Grouse. The Famous Grouse Bourbon Cask is a blended whisky that has been matured “mostly in American oak, including 1st fill bourbon casks”

• A blend of whiskies mostly aged in American Oak, including bourbon casks.
• A deliciously smooth blend with a layer of vanilla and caramel sweetness.
• Combines the unique expertise of our Master of Wood and the skill of our Master Blender to create the perfect balance of smooth and sweet.

Nose: Roasted coconut, vanilla and ripe mango. Rich caramel sauce.Comes across as richer and rounder than the regular Famous Grouse.

Taste: Medium to rich body. Very sweet with classic bourbon cask notes of vanilla, tropical fruits and coconut. Almonds and hints of cinnamon in the back.

Finish: Medium long finish. Now also with honey and rich caramel sauce.
