This 12-year-old single malt was aged in American white oak casks for 10 years then transferred into ruby Port pipes from the wine estates of Quintas in Portugal, right in the heart of the Douro valley. Glenmorangie’s Quinta Ruban is oozing with fruity notes. It’s a complex, wonderfully rounded whisky.
- Bursting with flavours of winter berries and traces of port
- Reddish gold colour, thick and sweet palate, with chewy port notes and hints of barley sugar, cereal, and juicy fruits
- Sweet finish, lingering but not long, leaving mild traces of chocolate and oranges on the tongue
- Fantastic with oily feta and dishes that use this cheese
