A multi-award winning Spanish gin handcrafted with water from the Los Picos de Europa mountains and distilled in a traditional Spanish Alquitara still. The botanicals used include juniper, cardamom, ginger, port tea, lily root, elder flower, Novales lemon, mandarin, grapefruit, orange, liquorice, coriander, Angelica root and three secret ingredients. With 15 botanicals, As De Picos is complex and yet versatile. Aromatic on the nose with hints of citrus and spice. The palate is fresh with juniper, ginger and cardamom. Medium length finish.  For a great G&T, we would recommend East Imperial Burma Tonic with Lemon as a garnish.
